My Path
I entered the counseling profession a little later in my life after working for twenty years in the airline industry. Sensing it was time to head down a new path, I decided to return to school and earned my master's degree in clinical psychology at Wheaton College Graduate School. After finishing my degree, I gained clinical experience while working in a non-profit community counseling center. I then went on to work in a private practice setting before eventually transitioning to my own practice in 2010. I feel that my life experience and lessons learned on my own healing journey have equipped me to better identify with and walk beside clients as they begin and continue on their own path toward growth and healing.
My Practice
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and comfortable setting in which we can explore together the issues in your life that you would like to address. These issues may include such things as depression, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns, stress management, spiritual issues, and sexual addiction/compulsive behaviors.
